How much does automation cost?
It depends on what needs to run. Tell us the job, and we send back a plan for what we’d automate. Once the details are agreed, you get one fixed price in writing before we start.
What if I’m not sure what to automate?
Tell us what you do by hand every week. If we need more detail for a plan, we suggest a short chat first.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Usually not. We connect the ones you have, such as Xero, Shopify, Stripe, Gmail or your booking system, and check that yours can be connected before we quote.
Is it AI?
Where it helps, such as sorting emails or reading invoices. Most automation is plain rules: when this happens, do that.
What happens if an automation fails?
It doesn’t fail quietly: we build in an alert. If we look after it for you, we fix it; if not, we hand it over with notes on how it runs.
How long does automation take to set up?
You get a go-live date with the fixed price, before we start.
